At Cyberzoic Solutions we are all about taking the hassle out of IT. We realize that small businesses don’t have time or money to waste and we want to save you both. Our aim is to make certain that our clients are getting the most from their IT systems by ensuring that they are as problem free as possible and that systems and tools are appropriate for the tasks they are to perform. How do we do this ? By working closely with you on an ongoing basis. This enables us to better understand your business needs and computer systems and to more effectively manage your IT assets. A key activity is regular maintenance work. Just as your car needs regular servicing and maintenance, so too do your computer systems and just like cars, the costs of regular maintenance is likely to be a lot less than the cost of repair after a major breakdown.

Computer Network Maintenance Plans

Cyberzoic Solutions offer a range of computer network maintenance plans to small and medium sized businesses. Maintenance plans are a cost effective way to have your computer network regularly maintained. By putting a maintenance plan in place you can greatly reduce the likelihood of costly and unexpected down time due to viruses or other system failures. Maintenance plans ensure your computer network is as trouble free as possible. At Cyberzoic Solutions our aim is to keep your computer networks as hassle and frustration free as possible so you and your staff can get on with business.

We offer different plans depending on the size and complexity of your computer network.

  • Small Office/Home Network Plan: less than 5 desktop computers
  • Standard Network Plan: 5 to 15 desktop computers
  • Advanced Network Plan: 16 to 25 desktop computers
    (A server is counted as five desktop computers)

We can also tailor a customised maintenance routine to meet your individual requirements offering a similar level of fee discounting from our normal ad hoc support rates.

Benefits

As part of the maintenance plan you will receive regular site visits to carry out a range of agreed upon maintenance activities on site.
A typical small network support plan would include following activities:

  • Virus Protection: check logs, update definitions
  • Workstations: defragment disks, install software patches, run virus scan
  • Internet and Email: verify e-mail and internet connections are configured correctly
  • Network: check required network services (e,g,DNS,DHCP,WINS)
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): test UPS and check configuration

In addition to regular maintenance activities you also receive a number of technical support hours. These technical support hours can be used each month to provide more general support and assistance for activities not included in the regular schedule. Additional hours over and above those included in the support agreement will be charged at a 15% discount of our hourly fee.

Aside from the obvious and direct cost savings, ongoing maintenance benefits you in other ways. Regular contact helps us to better understand your business and gain a more thorough knowledge of your computer systems and needs. This means we can more quickly identify, rectify and prevent problems than would be possible in a one-off site call out. As a result, an ongoing maintenance plan saves you time and money and increases the quality of service we can provide. When we have a maintenance plan we can also help our clients proactively. By anticipating future needs and problems for our clients we can proactively advise how to deal with them before they occur, rather than having to operate reactively to events after the fact.
